BTS, misalnya, masuk dalam tiga kategori yakni The Group of 2021; The Song of 2021 lewat "Butter"; dan The Music Video of 2021 berkat "My Universe." Adik satu agensi Jungkook dkk, TXT, juga masuk dalam nominasi di kategori The New Artist of 2021.

Untuk departemen tayangan TV, ada drakor Squid Game di kategori The Bingeworthy Show of 2021.
