2 Pengembang Indonesia Menjuarai South East Asia Property Award

Liputan6.com, Jakarta Dua pengembang Indonesia keluar sebagai pemenang pada Ajang South East Asia Property Award 2016. Kedua pengembang tersebut antara lain Sinar Mas Land dan PT. Intiland Development Tbk.

Acara yang diselenggarakan di Shangri-La Hotel Singapura (24/11) diikut oleh seluruh negara Asia Tenggara seperti Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapura, Filipina, Myanmar, Kamboja, dan Indonesia.

Ajang penghargaan besar yang dilaksanakan setiap tahun ini merupakan puncak dari Property Award yang telah diadakan di setiap negara Asia Tenggara. Di Indonesia sendiri penghargaan tersebut bertajuk “Indonesia Property Award 2016” dan sudah dilaksanakan pada 13 Oktober 2016.

Pemenang dari setiap negara secara otomatis akan terdaftar sebagai nominasi di South East Asia Property Award 2016. Dan terdapat 14 kategori yang dilombakan pada ajang penghargaan ini. Pengembang asal Indonesia sendiri berhasil menang pada dua kategori yakni Best Retail Architectural Design oleh Sinar Mas Land dan Best Office Architectural Design yang dimenangkan oleh PT. Intiland Development Tbk.

Terry Blackburn, Founder and Managing Director of the Asia Property Awards mengatakan, penghargaan pada South East Asia Property Award ini dilaksanakan secara transparan dengan melalui proses penilaian yang ketat.

“Sejak ajang ini berdiri 11 tahun silam, South East Asia Property Awards dinilai telah berhasil mencetak pemenang dengan kredibilitas yang bagus. Sehingga, kami bangga dan akan tetap mempertahankan ajang ini untuk perkembangan properti di regional Asia Pasifik,” ujar Terry seperti dilansir dari laman Rumah.com.
