Liputan6.com, Jakarta - Salah satu ajang bergengsi di dunia game, The Game Awards 2021 digelar pada Kamis, 9 Desember 2021 waktu setempat, atau Jumat pagi WIB. Acara tersebut juga disiarkan secara daring di laman resminya.

Dalam acara itu, diumumkan juga beberapa game yang dinobatkan sebagai game terbaik di tahun 2021, termasuk untuk beberapa kategori lainnya mulai dari game indie, hingga mobile game.

Kategori Game of the Year 2021, game action-adventure It Takes Two dinobatkan sebagai pemenangnya. Tak cuma itu, game ini juga meraih beberapa penghargaan untuk kategori lainnya.

Game yang sangat populer di kalangan gamer mobile, termasuk di Indonesia, Genshin Impact juga meraih penghargaan untuk Best Mobile Game di ajang ini.
